The overview
Birdeye Data brings API activity and account management into one dashboard. Users can monitor requests and compute usage, review billing, compare subscription plans, and manage their organisation.
The experience also includes card and crypto deposits, automatic recharge settings, and referral rewards — connecting account summaries with detailed payment, claim, and activity views.
The challenge
The design challenge was to organise dense information without making everyday tasks harder to find. Usage charts, pricing options, payment settings, and team permissions each needed a clear place within the dashboard.
Consistent navigation, grouped information, and distinct status labels establish a readable hierarchy. Focused dialogs guide individual tasks, such as adding credit or setting recharge limits, while keeping the surrounding account context accessible.
